Warranty Terms and Conditions

Our equipment comes with a contractual guarantee covering faults and hidden defects, subject to the following conditions:

1. Proper installation and adjustment of the device by a certified professional installer.

2. Adherence to the instructions outlined in our technical documents and installation/adjustment guides.

3. Compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and the guidelines provided in the technical instructions accompanying the device during installation, usage, and maintenance.

This guarantee entails the replacement of defective parts identified by our "Guarantee Inspection" Department at our factory. However, carriage and labor costs are the responsibility of the user. Additionally, if the repair or replacement of parts covered by the guarantee exceeds the appliance's price, the decision to replace or repair the appliance will be made by the vendor.

Our standard guarantee period is two (2) years for all appliances, except for closed combustion fireplaces and inserts, which have a five (5)-year guarantee, with the following exceptions:

1. Indicator lights, fuses, electrical elements, and fans.

2. Parts prone to wear or exposed to high temperatures, such as soles and burner grates, bottom plates baffles, ash pans, paintwork, surface treatments for decorative parts, seals, and glass.

3. Any damage resulting from using the appliance with a fuel other than specified in our instructions.

4. Damage to parts caused by external factors (e.g., down drafts, storm damage, dampness, abnormal pressure or vacuum, heat shocks, etc.).

5. Damage to electrical components caused by connecting and using the appliance on a mains system with a voltage more than 10% above or below the nominal 220V.
